There is something truly magical about wearing white,  bold and such a statement.. 

So crisp and fresh yet truly classical 

Wearing all white with just a spot of gold equals pure perfection 

Going casual doesnt mean you cant look elegant, skinny white jeans a loose cami and a touch of black just completes this gorgeous weekend look 

The sun can be so dangerous to our skin so its important to protect ourselves as much as possible, this doesn't mean we cant look classic while doing so, it doesn't get much better!

I am loving how a  basic  pair of black pants styled with a black turtle neck pullover can look so chic when you add that signature jacket and the stunning leopard print glasses.

Grab those leather pants or waxed leather jegging and a standout heel,simple pullover in charcoal grey, effortless but fabulous looking. 

I am especially loving red this season, I adore it just paired with a simple fitted jean it dresses the outfit up instantly 

Such an effortless look, pop of red again and a natural makeup with the sleek straight hair what a perfect lunch outfit

From day to night, change the oversized bag for a gorgeous clutch 

Just because its the weekends it doesn't mean you cant dress up, even with flats this simple white top and jacket dress up this outfit 

I think this is one of favourites and the one following, I adore the matching shoes and bag and then the stunning leopard print belt, I have one similar and will be definitely using this for a new inspired look

This jacket is similar to a jacket I am in love with from sass and bide, which is currently on sale, but with a simple white tee or blouse and leather pants or leather jeggings and a stiletto, you can then add any pop of colour for your clutch and you can rock this outfit on your next night out, I know I will be.

An easy way to dress up your basics.

Heading into the cooler months I tend to arrange my whole wardrobe, so that rather than look at pretty summer florals, floaty tops and the staple shorts especially for our North Queensland weather,  I am now going towards the boyfriend jean or the fitted jean/pant, which is a favourite of mine, long sleeve shirts and array of different style jackets to layer my look on those cooler mornings and evenings. 

A few looks to inspire your next outfit 

Such an effortless chic look that you can dress up with a heel and chunky bracelet or down with flats and messy bun.

Just the basic white shirt, skinny denim and a short tan boot, love this relaxed look.

The stunning bun, the striped flats with a gorgeous block colour bag, make this effortless ensemble look super hot and stylish 

The check shirt is everywhere at the moment with the rolled cuff and the blue Jacket, I love this look.

The chambray shirt is available in so many boutiques now, a staple in everyones wardrobe, you can use the shirt to even layer it over a striped knee length dress or a striped fitted skirt with a white tee, unbuttoned and opened, looks fab! 

White on White, say no more, or maybe just one word, Glamour!

Make sure you experiment, how great does this gorgeous vibrant pop of colour look with a great leopard heel or strappy heel?  I have a couple of stunning heels like this and it really does just add that extra pop to any outfit.

I will finish it off with a favourite of mine, Sequins, I have this bag myself and I can team it with so many looks. This look is ever so simple with a black shirt, nude heels but how fab does it look with the pop of pink, ready for a great lunch with the girls or drinks with my handsome one.

Start experimenting ladies and and as you can see it doesn't take much to look glamourous.

Cocktails, Wine and lots of decadent food

A dear friend is having a birthday soon, so my mind is racing as to all the glamourous things that we can do for a cocktail party with a few girls on an intimate deck over looking the city lights.

I have been obsessing over magazines and social media for many different ideas and a few things have captured my eye as well as some stunning clothes that would be perfect for the occasion too, how could I resist.

With the love of everything glamourous we sometimes forget the most important thing that makes this happen, its ourselves.  

Its not the label you are wearing or the type of car you are driving, but lets not try to deny that those things are too very wonderful and we enjoy greatly, its also the confidence that comes from oneself, the smile when you feel happy or a sense of achievement that you nailed a great meeting, or just dropping the children off to school on time.

I have started my blog to enable me to share my love of all things glamourous, anything from fashion to parties, health and wellbeing to things that may make our days a little easier on that one day that things don't seem to be going right, as a busy forty something year old, being a mum and career woman its always nice to sometimes wish, dream and believe.
